Glasses were taken from mailbox

Hello, I ordered a pair of glasses on the 27th of July. I had to go out of town for a little over a week and I believe they were stolen out of my mailbox. Is there a way I can get a refund so I can repurchase them? I was looking forward to having them when I came back home.
