RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your LORVAE order, you must initiate the return of your products within 3 days of receiving your order to receive a refund or store credit. We’ll process your return as soon as we receive it for the purchase amount minus the original shipping charges. Please note it may take up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your account.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Discounted items are final sale cannot be returned.
- Returned items must be returned in original product packaging including accessories such as microfiber cloth and bag.

To initiate a return, please click here (lorvaestore.returnscenter.com) to begin the return process. You will need to provide your Order Number and the shipping Zip Code.
Unfortunately at this time we do not offer exchanges.
RETURNING A DEFECTIVE/WRONG ITEM(S).
Please initiate a return using our returns portal (lorvaestore.returnscenter.com) or contact our support team for help.
Refund requests must be initiated within 3 days of the date your order is received. Requests submitted after this window will not be accepted.
LOST PACKAGE?
If you believe your Lorvae order is lost in transit please email us at support@lorvae.com. Be sure to include your full name, order number and email address used to place the order.
Please allow up to 48 hours (Not including weekends and holidays) to receive a response.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS + INITIATE EXCHANGE
Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns or initiate exchange on international orders. Please contact our support team at support@lorvae.com.
