Never received my order

I’m so upset still haven’t received my package FedEx said the company has to submit my dispute but nothing has been done this was my birthday gift I’m so hurt and up set this is a lot of money spent I hope some get back to me cause this isn’t fair been over 2 weeks nothing has been done for me
